Total Care Grounds Maintenance Ltd is led by Mike Caddock from our base in Aintree, Liverpool. Formerly trading as Total Care Garden Maintenance, the business has evolved into a fully certified commercial grounds maintenance operation serving the NHS, local councils across Sefton, Liverpool and Knowsley, and major commercial and housing clients across Merseyside.

Every member of our team is City & Guilds NPTC qualified and DBS checked. We are an Environment Agency Registered Waste Carrier, and every job is documented with before and after photographs — a standard our clients consistently call out.

We invest in battery-powered equipment to reduce both carbon emissions and noise pollution on sensitive sites such as hospitals and housing schemes. All green waste is recycled locally.
